OK so that's what my little quote at the bottom of my page says for today! and what an amazing quote it is!!!

What a HUGE meaning for one little 5 letter word Faith!

Faith is defined, by dictionary.com as confidence or trust in a person or thing belief that is not based on proof.

Faith has a huge part in EVERY aspect of our lives. In our marriages it is the foundation, you have faith that your spouse will do right by you, you cant prove it but you have faith because they love you. When you get in an argument you have faith that it will be resolved or that the problem at hand will be fixed, you never have proof until after the fact but you have faith! You have faith that you will raise your children right, you will never KNOW if you did until they are grown but you have faith. Think about how many different aspects in your life that you use faith! You have faith in your religion, faith in God. Its really a beautiful thing!!

this is a short blog but it really speaks for itself when you just sit and think about that word and the definition and how HUGE of a part that faith plays in your everyday life!

Lifeless

OK so I wrote this poem February 28, 2007. It was on my MySpace blog but I wanted to post it on here to make sure that I don't loose it. This poem holds a special place in my heart, for those of you who don't know my Mom passed away July 3, 2005. I was 19. I still can not believe its been over 3 years!!!!! I miss her just as much now as ever and I still think about her every day but it hurts less and less to think about her as time goes by. =)

WHAT I WOULDN'T GIVE

TO HOLD YOU NEAR,

TO FEEL YOU BREATHE AGAIN;

I NEED YOU NOW,

LIKE I NEEDED YOU THEN.

HOW I REMEMBER THAT

WARM SUNNY DAY,

AND THE COLD COLD WATER

THAT FIERCELY TOOK YOU AWAY

YOU WENT HOW ANYONE SHOULD GO,

SURROUNDED BY FAMILY,

PEOPLE WHO CHERISHED YOU SO.

YOU WERE RIPPED OUT OF THIS WORLD

A ROSE BUD YET TO BLOOM

SO MUCH LEFT FOR YOU TO LIVE FOR
